Tsolo Agriculture and Rural Development Institute (TARDI) is a government-funded institution under the Department of Rural Development and Agrarian Reform (DRDAR) in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa. Established to address rural poverty, food insecurity, and skills development, TARDI provides agricultural training, technical support, and research-based solutions to aspiring farmers and rural communities.
